Just over six years after his burial, the body of the soon-to-be-Blessed John Paul II was removed from its current location in the Grottos beneath St Peter's Basilica earlier today. Following Sunday's beatification, the coffin will be positioned in a new tomb in the Chapel of St Sebastian. The current incumbent of that location, Blessed Innocent XI (1676-1689), is being moved to a new location, apparently at the Altar of Transfiguration.
