A blog which aims to suggest to its readers that the externals of religion, while important, are not the be all and end all. As Psalm 4 tells us 'O men, how long will your hearts be hardened, will you love what is futile and seek what is false?'
At the same time it will be keeping an eye opened for other stories of interest.

Ireland's Catholic Cathedrals
Part I
The Cathedral Church of St Patrick
Archdiocese of Armagh
Seat of His Eminence Sean Cardinal Brady
Foundation stone laid 17th March 1840.
Construction halted 1848-1854 due to the impact of the Great Famine.
Armagh cathedral interiors are all very well, but what have you to say about the burning issue of the day: the succession in Down and Connor - particularly the Irish Independent's story that clerics have been placing bets on Noel Treanor? Indiscretion by insiders with advance knowledge? Greed? Sleaze? Or simple stupidity?
